Peninsular Malaysia estimated 4 -8 days
Sabah & Sarawak estimated 6 -12 days
Note these are not guaranteed shipping times due to variability in post.

Do you provide Cash on Delivery ( COD )? 

Yes, we do provide COD. 

CASH ON DELIVERY ( COD ) is only for Klang Valley Malaysia.
*We provide COD service in Seri Kembangan, Cheras, Puchong, Jalan Kelang Lama, Petaling Jaya, Kepong. All location will based on our schedule arrangement.
*Cash on Delivery (COD Free delivery Charges) is available for purchased product RM50 and above. Purchased product below RM50 will charge RM5 delivery charges.
Cash On Delivery (COD) Payment method in which ordered goods are carried to the buyers place but are handed over only upon full payment.


Are shipping times guaranteed?

If your order seems to be missing any items, please do not worry! We do ship orders in multiple/separate packages every now and then from different warehouses depending on availability of stock. your item will be delivered as a separate order.

I received a faulty item.

All items get checked by our processing team before being sent off to our customers, If you believe an item you received is faulty please contact us immediately (within 48 hrs of receiving your parcel) at gogogbuyy@gmail.com .If 48 hrs have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement. please be prepared to send a photos/video of the item you received. Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its validity for returns, a replacement product or refund will be sent to the customer.
